Business Development Executive

At SR Solutions Limited, we're about to enter into our 4th year of operating in the busy and ever growing Recruitment Industry and we are now on the hunt for a Business Development executive to join our team and focus on New sales and growing our client base

What we're looking for in a Business Development Executive:

  • Someone with an ability to establish and build relationships, quickly
  • An ability to identify the key decision maker/s of companies you're communicating with by asking the right questions
  • Great communication skills and confidence, even when you aren't succesful in the first instance - resilience!
  •  A minimum of 2 years in Sales with experience in Business Development/New sales (B2B)
  • Proven experience 'HUNTING' new clients and closing deals
  • A current Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
  • Experience dealing with Construction/Trades or Manufacturing industries preferred but not essential
  • NZ Resident or current visa holder

About SR Solutions:

We are a small, NZ owned Recruitment/Labour hire Company that have been in business for 4 years.  Based in Manukau, we don't take life too seriously, flexible in the sense we know family comes first and don't have strict start/finish times - as long as you're getting things done and doing you're job, a trust based relationship.  We currently operate in the Construction industry but we are wanting to start expanding into new industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing and Health care.  An accredited Immigration NZ employer, we have a number of skilled migrant workers on our books along with citizens and residents

About the role:

This is not an office based role as such, you will be working independently on the road 80% of the time and expected to cold call onto sites/business at times.  Using your sales background, researching each target client, optimising leads and setting appointments with key decision makers is crucial.  We are confident we have the systems and business model to take advantage of any leads/business you bring on.  Essentially, you will be targeting business who have a need for our services - Labour Hire, workforce management, permanent recruitment and Recruitment guidance
